Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only refund defective or damaged items. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
In case of refund approval, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund may take a few days to be credited to your account once we have processed it – this is beyond our control.

Late or missing refunds

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 356 Reading Road, Winnersh, RG41 5EJ
You will be responsible for paying for your returned item, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
If you are shipping an item over the value of £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
