RUDY, before & after

Can you spot the subtle differences in the before and after images? Sometimes an image really doesn’t need a lot of work as it starts off already nearly there, helped by the fact this particular image had the makings of a great photo to start off with. We called it “The money shot” as Rudy was: 1) looking at the camera 2) had his ‘wonky’ ear up 3) had his paws crossed 4) had a head tilt so all I needed to do is to ‘tidy up’ essentially!

Rudy is the most mischievous gorgeous little dog you will ever meet! But you really wouldn’t know that he’s also completely deaf. I had a concern for not being able to communicate with him (as I hadn’t worked with a deaf animal before!) but as it happened, hand signs worked just as well!!

PS. The wine boxes in the corner of my studio got used finally – the client spotted these and chose them specially for the wine lover! 🙂
