Printed vouchers come in a beautiful golden rigid envelope and will be posted out to you on the address displayed on your Paypal receipt.

If you live near-by and would like to collect the voucher from Kerto Studio, you are very welcome to do so. I would ask you to let me know when you can pop in and collect the voucher(s) – you will be able to pay by cash or card and take the voucher home with you.

1) If you choose to purchase printed Gift Voucher(s), you will notice there is a £2.50 additional postage charge  as these will be posted out to you.
2) If you choose to purchase E-Gift Voucher(s), these will be delivered to you electronically shortly after purchasing. Please keep your eye out as they sometimes end up in people’s spam boxes. The email with your E-Gift Voucher should arrive in your email inbox within an hour.

Kerto Studio Gift Vouchers must be redeemed by the date displayed on your Voucher (valid for 6 months from the date of purchase).

On location session may be rescheduled at short notice due to poor weather conditions or other unseen circumstances.

Vouchers may be transferred to another individual with prior consent from Kerto Studio.
Vouchers are non-refundable.

This voucher has no cash value. It can only be exchanged for goods and services provided by Kerto Studio.

Pre-purchased artwork credit is in place to allow the recipient of the gift voucher to choose printed artworks or extra services they would like. We are all different and love different types of things, so this way your recipient will receive exactly what they want!
